Refund Policy

We offer a 8-day window for exchanges or Gift card returns after you receive your item. For eligibility, ensure the item is in its original, unused condition with tags and packaging, accompanied by the receipt. Contact us at help.started@gmail.com for any return queries.


Upon acceptance of your return request, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent without prior approval won’t be accepted.


Inspect your order upon arrival and inform us immediately of any defects, damages, or incorrect items for prompt resolution.


Please note, sale items and gift cards are non-returnable. For exchanges, return the item and make a separate purchase for the desired one.


Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the refund status. If approved, expect an automatic refund within 10 business days to your original payment method. If 15 business days have passed post-approval, reach out to us at help.started@gmail.com.
